I made a Viking ship model, which is not so small. This viking longship (or drakkar as it’s called) is made of solid wood, little metal, and even some scrap wood.

A hand-made model that I tried to make in detail and proportionately. Of course, this is not a historically authentic Viking ship model, but Viking warriors could even travel on such ships.

The boat’s base, carved tail and head are made of strong steamed beech wood, the boat’s planks are made of birch wood. It weighs cca 1.5 kg (3.3 pounds) and the length and height of the boat is cca 60-60 cm (24 inches), Its width is 20 cm (8 inches), but the oars stick out 10 cm each, so a total of 40 cm (16 inches).
