How my custom Viking axe made

All axes are handmade and unique. Their heads are made of steel with a special, beautiful shape. I call it the Viking Axe because they designed the similar shape to the style of the Vikings. The photos aren’t printed, but milled in the steel, after that I highlight it with a special, black steel protective substance.

The handle of the axe is made with unique design too. It is made from cherry wood, curved and decorated by hand in a way that fits with the heads style. If you have a special request for the handle, you can write it down in the message box while purchasing. I have pre-made viking axe and battle axes, you can see more examples of them.

The preparation time and process

When you order the axe you can upload the picture(s) that you want on it, and I prepare the graphic design. For instance photo quality, background, lighting, aspect ratio matters, therefore not every photo can be used to make a spectacular graphic design. I’m not just simply copying your image onto the ax. I will design and add other graphic elements as well if I see that it will get better with it. It would be good if you upload more pictures while ordering, because I can choose the one that would be the best on the custom axe. If you have a unique request you can write to me on checkout page.

From your pictures I can make the graphic design in 5 days, and send it to your e-mail address. If you like the graphic design and you accept it I can start to work on the axe. It is handmade and detaild work, so I can do it in 10 days after you accept the graphic design.

I decorate both sides of the head with the same picture, mirrored. When I send the graphic design, I will send image from both sides.

The shipping and packing fee is included in the price. I send the ax with free shipping all over the world..

I can’t tell you exactly how long shipping will the, but in Europe and the USA it will most likely take 2-4 weeks. Therefore if you want itt o be a gift to someone, or it is urgent, I suggest you to place you order as soon as possible.

After you place your order it roughly takes 20-40 days to be delivered to you.

1. If I think the pictures you send me will not look goof on the axe I write it to you. If you don’t want to change the picture(s) you can write me, and I pay back the money in 1 day.

2. After I make you the graphic design I send it to your e-mail before I start to work on the axe. If you don’t like it, you only have to write me and I pay back the money in 1 day. You don’t have to tell me, why you don’t like it.

3. After I finished your axe I send you photos about it before I mail it to you. I send you detailed, good quality photos, and you can the finished axe properly. If you don’t like don’t like it you can write me and I pay back the money in 1 day. You don’t have to tell me, why you don’t like it.

Ordering

For ordering I only ask you to upload the picture(s) you would like to see on your unique Viking axe and click on the Add to cart button. After this, the webshop will ask for your details and you can purchase it.

Please send me large-scale, good quality photos. If there are more people on the photo highlight who you want to be on the hatchet. In addition if you want caption or text, and you know what style you want it, please write me when you order.

You can send me both, photo and text, but long texts will not fit. If you want company logo send it in vector format. Do not send me copyrighted photos, for example about a famous person or movie actor, singer, etc. I can’t make something like that for selling (on the first picture you can see Ragnar from Vikings, but I made that axe for myself). Do not send me any illegal photos because you are responsible for it.
